Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Servo web application and related services (the "Service") operated by SERVO Group, SIA. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are#
The Service is operated by SERVO Group, SIA ("Servo", "we", "us"), a Latvian limited liability company, registration number 40203738300.
2. Eligibility and business use#
The Service is intended for business and professional use. You represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organization (if applicable).
3. Account, access, and security#
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and ensuring workspace members use the Service in compliance with these Terms.
4. Usage license#
Servo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business analytics and advertising reporting, subject to these Terms.
You may not: resell, sublicense, rent, or time-share the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where prohibited by law); use the Service to build a competing product or for systematic competitive analysis; circumvent rate limits, security, or access controls.
5. Acceptable use#
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party rights; upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service; ingest or submit sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary and lawful (you remain responsible for lawful basis).
6. Connected platforms and permissions#
The Service currently supports connecting Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising accounts for publishing. For intelligence, Servo also reads data from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop. You represent that you have the rights and permissions to connect and analyze any accounts you link.
Your use of data from connected platforms must comply with the applicable platform's developer and data-use requirements, including any deletion obligations.
7. Your data and privacy#
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we process it. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy on privacy-specific matters, the Privacy Policy controls.
8. AI features and output disclaimer#
The Service may provide recommendations, summaries, or insights generated with AI (including Google Gemini). AI outputs are informational and may be incomplete, incorrect, or not suitable for your specific situation.
You are solely responsible for: reviewing outputs before making decisions; any actions you take based on analytics or AI recommendations, including ad spend changes.
9. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals#
Servo offers Free and paid plans (Pro, Agency, Enterprise). If you purchase a paid plan: subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date; you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee — email us within 30 days for a full refund. Monthly plans are non-refundable for partial periods unless required by law.
10. Service availability, beta status, and changes#
The Service may be offered in beta and may change frequently. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
11. Intellectual property#
Servo and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks. You retain rights to your own content and data.
Feedback: if you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Servo a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use it without compensation.
12. Suspension and termination#
We may suspend or terminate your access if: you breach these Terms; your use creates risk or legal exposure for Servo or third parties; we are required to do so by law or platform obligations.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your license ends.
13. Disclaimers#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Servo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue, data, or goodwill.
Servo's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Servo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or €100 if you have not paid anything).
15. Indemnification#
You agree to indemnify and hold Servo harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of laws or third-party rights (including platform terms).
16. Data deletion requests (Meta)#
If you connect Meta, users must have a way to request deletion. Deletion requests can be submitted by email.

Subject: "Data Deletion Request" — include the email used for the Servo account plus relevant workspace / ad account identifiers.
17. Governing law#
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
18. Changes to these Terms#
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post an updated version in the Service and update the Effective Date.
