Common questions about using Servo.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. You will receive a reset link to your registered email address within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Where can I find my invoices?

Navigate to Settings → Billing. You can download PDF invoices for all past transactions there.

How do I connect my Meta ad account?

Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and click 'Connect Meta'. You will be redirected to Facebook to authorize access. Ensure you are an admin on the ad account you want to connect.

Can I invite team members to my workspace?

Yes. Go to Settings → Workspace → Members and click 'Invite Member'. Enter their email address and they will receive an invitation to join your workspace.

How does AI analysis work?

Servo uses Google Gemini to analyze your campaign performance data, ad creatives, and metrics. AI generates insights and recommendations based on your historical data. All AI outputs should be reviewed before acting on them.

Is my advertising data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure. We use role-based access controls so only you and authorized workspace members can access your data.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click 'Cancel Plan'. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can re-subscribe at any time.

Can I export my campaign data?

Yes. On most analytics views you will find an export button to download your data as CSV. PDF reports can also be generated from the Reports section.

How do I request account or data deletion?

You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, email servo@servoad.com with subject 'Data Deletion Request'. All data is permanently deleted after a 14-day grace period.

Which Meta campaign objectives does Servo support?

Servo supports all six Meta campaign objectives: Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, App Promotion, and Sales. The campaign wizard guides you through the optimal settings for each objective.
