Why Servo exists

We built what we wished existed.

The problem we kept hitting

Every marketing tool eventually plateaus. Facebook tells you how an ad performed. Google Analytics tells you who visited your site. Stripe tells you who paid. Three dashboards, three stories, and a spreadsheet that becomes your real dashboard. The moment you start a new campaign, last month's lessons are gone.

On top of that, the numbers are partially wrong. iPhone privacy updates and ad blockers quietly eat 30–40% of your sales data before it ever reaches the dashboards. You end up making decisions on an incomplete picture, and no tool tells you which part is missing.

What we built instead

Servo is the workspace operators actually want. AI agents handle strategy, creative review, campaign setup, and daily optimization. The operator keeps the final say on every decision. One screen. Three integrations. No black box.

Today Servo connects Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Stripe into a single decision surface, with our own tracking pipeline underneath so the numbers reconcile. Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn are next on the roadmap, with new integrations shipping every few weeks.

Agency-level work. SaaS-level price. For every operator the agency model leaves behind.

Most small businesses can't afford a €3K-a-month agency. So they boost posts, hire freelancers who guess, or watch their budget evaporate while they figure it out alone. A Shopify founder spending €2K a month deserves the same playbook a senior media buyer runs on a €50K account. Same rigor. Same standards. Only the price tag changes.

How we got here

Servo started at a 24-hour hackathon hosted by Shipyard on November 29, 2025. A few weeks later, we earned the 16th spot in the Latvian builders program. Not through an application form. Through what was on the screen.

    Through December, we iterated on the prototype and gathered feedback from operators directly.

    Shipyard added us to the program as the 16th team. The one they hadn’t planned to take.

Deniss is the public face of Servo. He owns brand, positioning, and go-to-market. The connective tissue between what we build and the operators who use it. If a customer talks to Servo, they talk to Deniss first.

Day job: P2P process specialist at Tietoevry, the publicly traded Nordic IT services group with 22,000+ employees and $2B+ in revenue (NASDAQ Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo). Before Tietoevry: Junior Auditor at KPMG Baltics, one of the Big Four. Bachelor of Business Administration from Riga Business School in 2021, plus an Erasmus year in Valencia. The kind of trajectory that drills financial rigor and operator empathy into how you think. He has spent his free time stress-testing AI tools and workflows since 2022, which is why he ended up co-founding an AI product instead of staying in finance.

Servo is a Latvian startup. We are based in Riga, our team is in the EU, and our infrastructure runs in EU regions. GDPR and the Digital Services Act aren't bolted on after launch. They shape how we store data, scope access, and handle compliance from day one.

How we work

Four principles, written in plain language.

You stay in control.

Servo recommends, you approve. Auto modes are opt-in. We don't silently push budget changes or pause campaigns. Every action has a paper trail and an undo.

No black box.

Every recommendation comes with the reasoning behind it: which signals, which patterns, which prior outcomes. If we can't explain why, we don't ship it.

We use the tool ourselves.

Pauls runs Servo on real client accounts before any feature reaches you. If it doesn't survive an actual agency workflow, it doesn't survive at all.

Honest about limits.

Servo is in private beta. The memory layer is real but young. We'd rather under-promise and earn your trust than oversell and burn it.

Where is Servo based?
Servo is based in Riga, Latvia, and serves customers across the European Union and beyond. Our backend runs on EU infrastructure, so customer data stays inside the EU by default.
Who founded Servo?
Servo was co-founded by Pauls Rubenis (Product Lead) and Deniss Osins (Commercial Lead). Deniss holds a BBA from Riga Business School with a finance specialization.
Is Servo GDPR compliant?
Yes. Servo is built EU-native. GDPR and the Digital Services Act (DSA) requirements are part of the core architecture, not bolted on later. Workspace data is scoped per customer. Founder access requires explicit authorization.
How much ad spend have the founders managed?
Pauls has personally managed more than $5M in ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn for e-commerce, services, and DTC clients over 5+ years. The patterns we kept seeing, and the things every tool kept forgetting, became the core of Servo.
How did Servo start?
Servo started at a 24-hour hackathon hosted by Shipyard on November 29, 2025. Pauls and Deniss kept building through December and were brought into the Shipyard builders program in mid-January 2026 as the 16th team. By May 2026 Servo was live in private beta with paying customers, connected to Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Stripe.

Stripe brings real revenue. Together they give Servo a single view of what your ads actually produce, end to end. Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn are next on our roadmap, with new integrations shipping every few weeks.
